Looking for plugin for video thumbnails

    Hi

    I am looking for a plugin that would create a thumbnail from a snapshot of youtube or vimeo videos. On the index page, I want the posts to have paragraphs followed by thumbnail of a video in the post. Example would be this site: http://www.good.is/video/

    Can someone suggest me one or how to enable this feature?
