Issue with Woocommerce purchases

    1. I don’t quite understand why you make people, who have valid purchases, come through wordpress.org, it is hardly private! But anyway ……

    On my clients web site people cannot process orders properly as the get a “Forbidden: too many forms” error.

    I’ve seen, even 2 years ago, this issue exists and now it still seems to persist.

    This issue is supressing orders/sales.

    What is the permanent fix to this issue please…..

    Can you advise urgently.

    Hello @stevehale,

    Please, change these settings:

    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
    • → set the option “Set cookies” to “Auto” →
    • → set the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes.

    Then refresh your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

    It will fix the issue. Did it help?
