Hello @onsitewp,
I tested the website form and I see that some parameters are not being transferred correctly.
Please, optimize the Anti-Spam to work with cache plugins on WordPress:
- WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
- → set the option “Use static keys for JS check” to “On” →
- → set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” →
- → set the option “Unique GET option” to “On” → Save Changes.
Then clear all cache on your website and make sure that your cache lifespan is 24 hours or less.
Did it help?
Thanks Serge.
Use Static keys for JS check was set to On.
Set Cookies was set to Store date in the website database.
The only thing that was not set as you directed was the Unique GET option. It was off. I changed that to On, saved the settings and cleared the cache.
I also verified the cache setting is 1440 minutes.
I’ll check the logs to see if there any more legitimate users being blocked.
