The info regarding this function is given to me by the WPML plugin development team
They told me “one plugin calling this function” you have to deactivate one by one to find which one.
so i did and i found that your plugin create the problem to my page once i deactivate my spage working ok

May be the reason is not the function maybe something else?? but definitely the issue is coming from this plugin as you see in video.

Deeper investigation is required, however it appears that generating the sitemaps without any caching system on the website means that WordPress needs more resources than your webs server can handle. This is the reason why we have made a premium version that generates sitemaps in the cloud.
However, I would like to investigate your site more deeply, to view your settings and better identify the specific issue for your site.
Also, using the WordPress sitemap is not going to be helpful with indexation with Google Search in particular.
