    Hello,
    1. We do not allow to upload the members covers. It is disabled.

    https://app.screenclip.com/fxWR

    After update the members can upload their cover. How to disable it?

    2. There is no confirmation message after upload of an avatar. Only a red line (so I was thinking the upload was failed because of this red colour). You need to refresh the page to see the avatar. Confusing.

    Hello @gopa4,

    Thank you for reaching us

    May I know what Youzify version do you use? Because we have fixed these issues since last update.

    If you already update your BuddyPress to 12, pleas emake sure disable Bp Classic and update Youzify to the newest version (Free version is 1.2.5, and Pro Version is 3.4.6).

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hello @gopa4,

    1. You’re right. We will fix it in the next update. At the moment, you can disable Direct Cover Upload by using this CSS

    .youzify-open-upload-cover.youzify-open-bp-uploader {
    display: none;
    }

    2. Sorry, we can not replicate this issue on our side. We can upload the avatar successfully both on Profile Settings and Direct Upload on Profile Page.

    Can you please try to disable WordFence Security for temporary and see if the issue solve or not. Also, please make sure you install PHP 8 version and Image GD installed on your server.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Thank you for your reply.

    #1 The CSS code works. When will be the next version be available?

    #2 The issue is solved in Youzify 3.4.7. It works well. Thanx.

    #3. It shows only 1 group on the profile after update. I want to show 10 groups under the tab “Groups” https://app.screenclip.com/qxx7

    #4. In the debug mode we get this warning on our login page: mywebsite.com/login/

    Deprecated: ltrim(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /var/www/vhosts/xxxx/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 4494

    (only 3 plugins were active during this test: Youzify, BuddyPress 12.0 and Wordfence)

    Hello @gopa4

    1. We will release a new version with some bug fixing inside in next week

    2. Great. You’re welcome

    3. We check on our testing site, and the Group List on Groups tab show 10 per page. I think there’s something that make it only showing 1 group per page on your website. Please try disable Youzify but keep BP active and see how many groups show per page on the groups Tab.

    4. We will fix it in the next update too. Thank you for reporting this.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    1-2-4 Solved. Thanx

    3. Not solved. Disabled Youzify 3.4.8. I see all Groups.

    Enabled Youzify again. It shows only 1 group on the profile after update. I want to show 10 groups under the tab “Groups” https://app.screenclip.com/qxx7

    Hello @gopa4

    I think there’s something that make it only showing 1 group per page on your website. Do you use any snippet for Youzify customization? Please try to disable it first. Or you also can try to do a conflict test

    3. Do you mean customizations in bp-custom.php? I have deleted this file but it did not solve it.

    There is no any plugin conflict. I already tried Debug mode. I also disabled all plugins except Youzify, BuddyPress en WordFence. Still the same.

    Before the update of Youzify, there were 10 groups shown

    After Update like this https://app.screenclip.com/qxx7

    Hello @gopa4

    Sorry for delay because I need to wait an answer from our dev team. We’ve tested several times and make sure that this issue does not happen on our testing site. We tested with 3.4.8 version.

    So we believe there’s something on your website that caused this issue. We would love to help but it’s hard for us to identify it without accessing your back-end. I recommend you to purchase a PRO version or if you already purchase it but the support license expired, please renew your support license. So you can access on our premium support forum and send us your website credentials. Our agents will investigate it further and try our best to fix it. 🙂

    Sorry for this situation.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.
