    I am using delivery zones to handle the shipping costs for my products. Each zone is a list of (on average) 150 postcodes using the asterisk formula (EX26* for example) As far as I am aware this has been working fine, but bear in mind I have never actually fully tested the 10,000s of individual postcodes.

    I added a few new zones today & updated some prices. After checking some of the newly added postcodes on the cart page, the shipping methods for these are not showing. – both in the cart or checkout.

    I have checked against other, previously created zones & all of the fields are filled in the same places.

    I have turned on debugging & a message shows, stating that the zone has been matched. – still no shipping methods showing though.

    Can you please share a screenshot of what you see at that screen, with the delivery zones? Of the screen where the shipping methods are expected to appear, also. That will help us understand the issue. Feel free to use a tool, like https://snipboard.io/, for sharing screenshots in the forum.

    Furthermore, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
