Formintor supports multi-step forms out of the box and it’s pretty simple to create them:
1. you need to create a form with all your necessary fields first
2. and then just add a “page break” fields to it between other fields.
It will also automatically add pagination “steps” or “labels” to the form so you can see where you are at and you can also switch between steps by clicking on them.

However, all that will not look like “tabs” and to make it “tabbed” you’d need to add quite a bit of a custom CSS. With custom CSS it would be possible to make it look “tabbed” but please note that while we can give some basic tips on this, providing full CSS for that would go out of scope of this support.

The truth of the matter is that Forminator cannot do Tabbed Multi-Step Form.
I can already read that vibe from your reply!
Now, Everytime that users ask for something that you don’t have in your product, I think it should stir an inkling in you that your product is deficient in that feature, and you actually need to see how you can improve your product by implementing this requested feature.
Can You add this Feature of “Tabbed Multi-Step Form, in your To Do list, as something that you should make possible in Forminator?

You are correct that currently, the design for “Tabbed Multi-Step Form” is not a native feature of Forminator.
We will certainly add this to our list of potential enhancements for Forminator. While we cannot provide an exact timeline for this implementation, we assure you that our development team will explore this possibility.
