    Hi, Im new to wordpress would appreciate some help alot.

    Akismet – tried to upgrade it, but it wants me to pay now. Says there is a free option, but it still requires you to go through paypal/ CC to get the api code. Can I get the old one back or is it too old?.

    Add Sig – I want to get this plugin, but I don’t understand how to get it. Can’t find it in the plugin list and on the site the download is all txt.

    Hello Dolly – Seems to come with all blogs. Can it be deleted and does it serve any purpose at all?.

    Regarding Akismet, I know it’s a bit confusing. If you want to use it for free, just sign up for a WordPress.com account and get the API key from that. Follow this guide:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/api-keys/

    Regarding Add Sig, just follow the installation instructions listed on that page.

    Regarding Hello Dolly, it’s just a bit of nostalgia that has been with WP since day 1. You’re welcome to delete it.

    Thank you James!,

    Great to know what is going on now. You wouldn’t happen to know why text wraps around my images when I center them or why on my PC Titles and images look normal, but on my laptop images have a blue lining around them and titles are kind of blurred together?.

    Sorry for the 20 questions. Big learning curve for me.
