    Hi @jpl303,

    Try to can access your website files using FTP.

    Next, go to the folder /wp-content/plugins/ and try to delete the folder of the plugin that causes your website to crash. Now refresh your website.

    Hi Jerry,

    Thank you for your response, but we are migrating to a new website server and when we try to upload the backup, we are getting that error message. I am new in using WordPress. Before we use Web Application in installing and all the plugins.

    We also, try to upload a plugin and we are getting the same error message.
