To enable Advanced Card Processing, it’s important to first ensure that this feature is activated on your PayPal account. If you haven’t already enabled for it, you’ll need to sign up. This can be done by visiting PayPal’s website.
If you are already enabled, you can then refresh the feature availability in your plugin settings. Navigate to to the Connection Tab and look for the option “Refresh feature availability status.” Click on”Check available features.”.
If the AdvancedCard Processingoption still doesn’t appear, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Thanks for your explanation, where I can find if it’s enabled on my account? I have followed the plugin instructions but I don’t see it anywhere. I also clicked on the “SIGN UP FOR ADVANCED CARD PAYMENTS (BUSINESS ONLY)” but it takes me to my PayPal dashboard and if I’m not logged in it takes me to the creation of a business account and I already have one.
If the URL address from your profile correlates with the residence of your PayPal account, indicating you are in Argentina, then it’s important to note that the Advanced Card Payments (ACDC) feature is currently not available there. This is likely why you’re not seeing it as an option in your PayPal account. Eligibility availability can be found here.
In any case I would recommend contacting PayPal Merchant Support directly. They equipped to assist with account-specific problems and can provide more detailed information on the requirements.
Kind regards, Krystian
