    I am using Paypal payments since the start of the business. All worked fine until few days ago, when a customer contacted us saying that she gets always an error “could not create token” and for that reason she couldnt proceed with the payment. After that i checked on my own and confirmed that there was a problem by checking-out with paypal. I deactivated and activate again the plugin and all seemed to work again fine. After 2 days comes again the same problem. I tried to do the same as the first time but this time didnt worke at all.

    I decided to unistall and install again the plugin but now i have a new problem and that is, that i cannot connect at all my paypal account with woocommerce. I get always the same error ” We could not complete the onboarding process. Some features, such as card processing, will not be available. To fix this, please try again.”

    I do not know what else to try. This is really sad because we are losing customers.

    Please help me as soon as possible.

    Occasionally, the onboarding wizard might encounter issues due to interference from certain plugins during the connection process. To navigate around this, a proven solution is to manually input your PayPal credentials.     If the above method does not resolve the issue, we recommend a few additional troubleshooting steps:

    1. Temporarily activate the default Storefront theme.
    2. Disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
    3. Disable and then enable the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin.
    4. Attempt to connect your PayPal account again.
