    Hi,

When I click on Import Posts / New Import, the only information shown on the page is :

    • “You’re using Feedzy Lite. Unlock more powerful features, by Upgrading to Feedzy Pro” text with a blue background,
    • “Import name” title with an editable text field below, and
    • strictly no other information available (no sources configuration, filters, map content… no save nor next nor any other button) nothing but blank.

It seems like the page did not load fully / properly.

I tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers, with the same result.

I have other imports previously created a couple of years ago, which are running fine. However, when I click “Edit”, the only information available is the same as above : impossible to view nor change the existing imports.

The Feedzy version used is 4.3.4 and the WordPress version is 6.4.2, with all plugins and theme (The7) being up to date.

I looked for a similar issue in order to find a solution, but could not find any.

    Many thanks for your help,

Also, for information, I deactivated all other plugins one by one, and still the same issue.

Same with rolling back to previous versions, up to 4.2.8 included, still the same issue.

It seems it is not working anymore as shown on the documentation or the presentation videos.

Many thanks in advance for your help

    Hi @eljouaidin,

Thank you for using Feedzy and I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered.

This definitely sounds like a bug or conflict, as Feedzy Free allows multiple fields of the import wizard to be edited, especially in the third step – Map Content.

Would it be possible to share a screenshot with the Step 3 of the import job for a newly created import as well as the PHP version your website is running on?

    Best regards,

    Hi @stefancotitosu,

    Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, I cannot get to step 3.

I can only get to step 1 where there is no action button to go further.

See screenshots available here : https://imgur.com/a/KbSye5v

I remain at your convenience for further information.

Many thanks in advance for your help

    Hi @eljouaidin,

Can you please confirm the PHP version? Our plugin requires at least PHP v7.4 to work properly.
