    Hi,
    First of all: great plugin!
    But you have two little bugs in your latest version 5.3.

    1. The iPhone call in the maintenance-mode_theme_wordpress.php file
    To be exactly this piece: $is_iphone

    2. You use an old function get_settings() in your maintenance-mode.php file. You should use get_option instead
