New users not recieving password | WordPress.org

When users register, they’re not receiving their password. I have the WP Mail SMTP installed and it generates a test email that goes through fine. Am I missing something here?

What happens if you use the lost your password?

Have a link to your site?

The lost your password prompt says it was sent–but no email ever comes.

Is there a reason why you are not using PHP mail?
Have you tried the normal stuff:
Disable Plugins?
Try the default theme?

Are you using a local or remote SMTP?
Does it require authentication?

I received my password so evidently its working.
