Hi @jjpedersen
Your server returned below error:
504 Gateway Time-out 504 Gateway Time-out nginx/1.16.1
Which means the download process of your backup was canceled by your web server because it takes more time than allowed.
We highly recommend to increase Timeouts of nginx to at least 180 seconds, it should be enough for most backups.
If your server does not have high bandwidth internet, instead please open the URL in your browser download your backup ZIP file and use our upload area to upload the backup, it should work without issues.
You can also use FTP or any other file manager of your choice.
Path of upload can be found below backup(s) list once you click on “upload backup file”.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!

Hi @smaduranga
In future, please create your own topic, these debug codes are not related and they’re generated individually for each case.
Your solution (go to the site where you want to restore):
- Go to “Other options” section in our plugin settings
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
- Go to Backups list & Restoration tab/section
- You should see your backup on the list downloaded already
- Click on restore, it should work now
Let me know if you need further assistance 🙂
Thank you!
