    Hello,

It seems that the wpDataTables plug-in is causing a critical error on our website.

Apparently the conflict is linked to a version of PHP.

    Can you help me?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Can you please reach out to your Hosting Support and send us the full error report from WP_DEBUG from the time when a critical error happened on your Site?

And can you also provide us additional details about your Table and how this issue looks, because we are not able to find any critical error on your Page.

    What is the Table type?

Does the Table load correctly on back-end but just causes a critical error on the front-end?

If the Table loads on back-end, but the critical error only happens on front-end, can you send us an URL of the Page where you have the Table, and show us a screenshot how the error looks so we can see where to focus on at the Page?

We presume it is an error 500. Can you try to open your Browser’s developer console, and check in the Network Tab, does it show any preview of the critical error there?
    Thank you.

    Hello again,
Apologies, we just did not add a couple of other important details to ask you.
Can you confirm what is your WordPress Version,
what is your PHP Version on the Hosting Server,
do you have the latest Lite wpDataTables version
    3.4.2.1
    installed ?
If not, please update to the latest version, then purge cache on your site and refresh the Page, check if the error still happens.

Sometimes critical error 500 can happen simply if your PHP Memory Limit or Time Limit is too low.
If you can also check that under our System Info Tab of the Plugin and send us a screenshot of the PHP Limit settings, as well?

Also please double-check are you using our Lite or Premium wpDataTables version, because if you use the Premium version, then you will need to open a ticket on our Premium Support https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ as premium Products are not allowed to be discussed or debugged on this Forum.
    Thank you.
