If you change the “Where to Email Alerts” within the plugin’s All Options > General Wordfence Options section, that should stop alerts going to anybody but your nominated email address. If applicable, you may still receive alerts from sites connected to Wordfence Central because there’s a separate setting for this which I’ll detail below.
If you sign into Wordfence Central and click the grey cog in the top-right of the Dashboard, it takes you to the /central/settings page where you can scroll down and change the address in the “Alert Type Configuration” section.

Thank you, I already have a specific email set in the All Options > General WordFence Options section, but my client still receives alerts. I don’t use WordFence Central.

Those are the only 2 places (or 1 in your case) where Wordfence alert email addresses would be designated. There’s a chance that restarting Postfix or whichever email sending software you have on your server might clear out any instructions to send to the other email address. Also try clearing out any caches or WordPress caching plugins you may have just in case they’re still seeing old settings.
WordPress itself sometimes sends out updates about changed passwords and version updates, but should only be doing so to the address nominated in WordPress > Settings > General.
