Hi @claire-agnes,
I checked on mobile view by changing the Quantity number then hit the Update Cart button. As we can see in this screenshot, the close button is still looking fine.
Am I missing something?
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
Thank you Herman. It seems that you checked this on your computer. If I do that and visit the cart page it all looks good for me too. But if I do this on my phone (so not on the computer) I still see the overstretched x button – see screen shot:

Hi @claire-agnes,
Please check this video. Am I missing something?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
Thank you Herman for the video.
But how come that I see the overstretched x button as in the screen print? Although you don’t see this, now I am not sure if anyone else. So my question is, can I fix this? Has this something to do with margins?
Kind regards, Claire
Hi @claire-agnes,
What browser are you using on your phone? Is it the latest version? And what phone and/or operating system are you using? Just in case this is device or operating system specific issue.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
Hello Herman, I am using an Iphone 14 PRO. Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Claire
Hi @claire-agnes,
We released update recently. Is the same issue still happening on your end?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
Hello Herman,
I just tested it and unfortunately I still have the same issue.
Kind regards,
Claire
Hi @claire-agnes,
I checked your site on BrowserStack using iPhone 14 and were able to replicate the issue.
However, when I checked my dev site using, it worked just fine. Please check my dev site from your phone and let me know if you can see the same issue.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
Hello Herman,
Thank you. I have checked on my phone with the link, added a product to the cart and changed the number and I did not have the same issue that I have on my website/cart page.
So what does this mean for my website and hopefully it can be solved.
Thank you again,
Claire
Hi @claire-agnes,
That means this issue is specifically happening only on your site.
Please try to deactivate all of the plugins installed on your site, except the WooCommerce plugin. If it fixes the issue, re-activate the plugins one by one while keep checking the issue. When you notice the issue is coming back, the last plugin you just re-activate is the culprit.
Please let us know how you go.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
