Birthday Greeting with UsersWP

You will see that Ultimate Member plugin has written a PHP Code Snippet that makes it possible to send Birthday Greetings to members / users on the day of their Birthday.

Can UsersWP modify and adapt that code into UsersWP? — so that while using UsersWP, our users can be able to receive a Birthday Greeting on the day of their Birthday?
