I have a serious problem with my website http://www.chicmybaby.pt.

When the customer completes the purchase, the price of €0.00 appears in the confirmation email.
On the order management page, the price is also 0.00 and in addition the product does not have a photograph.

Woocommerce is saying that the “wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta” table is missing, but when I select the option to “check tables” it doesn’t work, I just get the message:
“Verifying database… One or more tables are still missing: wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @marco94eggsup,

    Thank you for reaching out!

When the customer completes the purchase, the price of €0.00 appears in the confirmation email.
On the order management page, the price is also 0.00 and in addition the product does not have a photograph.

Could you please attach a few screenshots to help us understand the issue better?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

Furthermore, please provide a copy of your system status. You can locate it through WooCommerce > Status. Click on “Get system report,” then “Copy for support” (found after scrolling down). After obtaining it, you can paste it in your response here or via a text-sharing platform such as https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello.

Since you took a long time to respond, I contacted the creator of the template: He ordered to deactivate all plugins and reinstall the template. It didn’t work and I ended up damaging the aesthetics of the template.

To resolve the failed solution, I restored to a backup copy using the “All-in-One WP Migration” plugin. Even though the backup copy was already made with the error in the database, the problem was resolved. Perhaps because the “All-in-One WP Migration” app reconfigures the database.

Glad to hear you were able to figured it out & sorry about the delayed response! :‎)

I’ll mark the thread as solved now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one!
