Just a small follow up, we did not spot your reply right away here, sorry about that.
We can see our main Support responded and you made a ticket there, thank you for doing that.
Thank you for this feedback, too, but as we mentioned, this subject is about a Premium Feature, so even though we are more than happy to share all the details here, that is not allowed on this Forum because it is only for our Lite Version and only Lite Features, as per this comment by WordPress.org moderators.
On our Public tickets on our Main Support for the Premium Version, other users will be able to easily find them if they search, so that is how we usually post advise for Premium Features.
