What access do you have to your website? Can you access the backend as an administrator? So under /wp-admin/?
unfortunately i have no acces to wordpress. all i have access to is my godaddy account that host this websit.
basicly i paid the web developer to build by site and he built it and linked it to my godaddy and boom he vanished. nice site alot alot of work was involed with alot of api inergrations e commerce with 30k products ect. i just need to make some changes
The fact that you have access to hosting is a very good thing. Because there you have full control over everything.
My recommendation would be to contact Godaddy support with your request. They should be able to help you. The aim should be to get you access to the WordPress backend.
