Privacy Tab not showed

Hi!

I set users can edit their privacy but I don’t see a “privacy” tab or link.

Could you help me?

Click the checkbox for “Privacy Account Tab”
in UM Settings -> General -> Account

Thanks @missveronica but it is checked and doesn’t work.

In fact, “privacy”, “remove account” and “change password” are marked, and none of them appear.

Hello @indiproweb

Could you take a screenshot of the Account settings and Account page? Verify settings on wp-admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Account. See Account Tab

Have you added a custom code that influences the Account tabs? Please verify that there is no um_account_page_default_tabs_hook hook in your custom code.

This page is a User Profile page which you have created
with the UM Forms Builder and a shortcode with the form_id in the WP Page.

You get the Account Page by using this shortcode: [ultimatemember_account]
