Automations not sending email

I’ve recently implemented a pop-up form on our website, along with an automation process designed to send an email to users each time they fill out the form. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where the emails are not being sent. Upon reviewing the automation statistics, I noticed that all steps are marked as completed except for the email step.
