    My catalogue in Woo Commerce has multiple categories as there are around 2.3 k Items, but on transfer to facebook catalogue all are coming without any category head.

    You might need to manually adjust the category mapping in your Facebook Catalogue settings to ensure the categories from your WooCommerce store are correctly matched with those on Facebook.

    As a first step, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin on your site.

    Then, re-check that you’ve followed the instructions in this support documentation on how to set up Facebook for WooCommerce smoothly.

    If so and the issue persists, please share with us the items below for us to address you more effectively:

    • Screenshot of the discrepancies you see on your end
    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thank you for reaching back, with the site’s System Status Report (SSR) and screenshots. In said screenshots I can see different products showcased, therefore, could you send us ones where the same products are displayed, please?

    I went ahead with investigating it, along with the site’s source code, in products like this, and this. In the source code of the product pages, I could not find any mention of product categories, as with their front-end display.

    Furthermore, I noticed there is an SEO plugin installed.

    As a next step, could you make sure it is set up as required for categories to display, once they are added per-product. Found this article online, that might come in handy.
