Make login and dashboard use different CSS

Apparently the login page uses two css files as I found out today. I edited the login.css file heavily but the bottom half was white still. So I found that it was using color-fresh.css also. So I changed the background to match what I put in login.css. Well now my dashboard has that background. How do I make it so my dashboard and login page do not share css files?
