Prominent Words

    Having spent almost a week emailing Yoast, they are unable to help with this query.

    I am trying to install a new plugin which doesnt work, as the wp_terms table has things left over from Yoast and were not removed by Yoast on uninstalling.

    Yoast support confirms the following:-

    In older versions of the plugin (v14.0 or earlier), the prominent words were stored as a private taxonomy (yst_prominent_words) in the wp_terms, wp_term_taxonomy and wp_term_relationships tables.

    Their only suggestion was to delete these tables, or to hire a developer to remove them.

    Has anyone else found a way to remove just the Yoast items littered throughout these tables?
