I am looking into this, and I have been looking also at similar OpenSource solution that you could install on your own server. Of course, that one is a bit easier since you don’t need to do anything specific.
Would be extremely easy to integrate this into AI Engine.
I don’t worry about AI Engine because of OpenAI, the plugin is really to implement other solutions out there, I am just waiting for good ones to be available 🙂
Have you found any way to contact the guys behind OpenRouter?
I haven’t contacted openrouter, I only suggested it as it’s already integrated by Pabbly, a no-code zapier like service i’m familiar with to mvp/prototype products…
a service like openrouter that supports many and upcoming models is efficient as there’s only 1 api you have to deal with.. but also poses the risk of over-dependence like on openai… hopefully you’ll find a balance for the benefit of your users =)
