Enhancement Request: Store Config in wp-config.php

I was wondering if you could possibly add an enhancement to this plugin to read the keys out of wp-config.php if they exist there. wp-config.php entries would override any existing database entries if those exist.

Alternatively, does this plugin have a github repo? If so, we can probably make the change and submit a PR there.
