delivery costs based on a percentage of the order amount

Hello, I installed your plugin to apply delivery costs based on the total order amount. So I use the following levels:
from 0 to €80: €15
from 80 to 200€: 25€
from 200 to 2500€: 11% of the order amount
+ 2500€: 6% of the total amount of the order
The first two levels work very well for the last two levels, I cannot enter a percentage in the “Shipping Rate” box.
Is it possible to put a percentage with your plugin? Or do you have another plugin to recommend to me please?
