    I don’t have direct link to my website. Problem is in backoffice, I can’t connect Place ID with the Easy Step to connect Google Reviews.

    Do you need backoffice access ?

    Hi,

    First of all, reinstall the plugin from scratch:

    1. Go to the page Google Reviews / Settings / Advance tab;
    2. Click ‘Install from scratch’;

    Then, create the reviews widget on the page Google Reviews / Widgets and connect the reviews. You need to do it WITHOUT API key, just leave this settings is empty.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!
