Product page shows blank page

    Hi at all,

    I had the blank page problem, that is, if I opened a product page, it was blank. Strangely, if I was logged into WordPress as admin, the page was displayed correctly. I am currently using WordPress 5.9.8 in Italian and Woocommerce 7.0.0 (the most recent version of woocommerce in Italian).

    I discovered that the problem occurred when using a PHP version equal to or greater than 8.0. In fact, I later discovered that using PHP 7.4, the problem no longer occurred. My question is: Is it a woocommerce or wordpress problem? If I update WordPress to the latest version, will I be able to install a higher version of PHP (like 8.0 – 8.1 etc…) without having problems?

    White screen of death usually means a fatal php error. Enable standard WP debug and see the real issue.

    I understand that you’re experiencing a blank page when opening the Products page on your site.

    Does this happen to all pages on your site or exclusive to the Products page only?

    I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
