Chatbot is endlessly generating answer

    Dear Jordy/other support team members,

    I’ve recently decided to start testing out this amazing plugin to integrate chat GPT as a search engine tool on our website. Yet I haven’t managed to get the plugin working yet. So far I have installed the plugin on our test environment and connected the openAI API. Even with the standard parameters in the AI Engine Backend in WooCommerce the chatbot doesn’t generate responses. The chatbot is stuck as seen in the screenshot. Is there something I’m missing? Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hey @thomasmoowy! 👋

    Could you please check your developer’s console as well as your PHP logs to ensure no errors are happening?

    As a good first step, try disabling other plugins to ensure there are no compatibility issues taking place. It’s also good practice to use a supported version of PHP and the latest version of the plugin.

    I noticed the button is showing “clear,” which should only be displayed when the answer has already been generated. I believe this is specific to your case. If you need further assistance, you can join me directly through our support platform. 😊

    Hi Val,

    Thanks for the assistance! I took a look at the PHP logs and noticed the plugin exceeded our memory limit on our test website. Now that we upped our memory limit the plugin works.
