    The website shut down after installing and activating plugin. What should I do? It has the newest wordpress installed.

    Hi @mintedweb,

    It looks like there was a missing or corrupted file.

    Could you download a fresh copy of the plugin, and re-install it on the website in question?

    I would expect this to resolve the issue, but let me know if that doesn’t appear to be the case.

    But I downloaded and installed it just 12 hrs ago. Has it been updated?

    Hi @mintedweb,

    There’s no update, but possibly something went wrong when you downloaded plugin, whereby a file got corrupted; and caused an error when you tried activating the plugin.

    Therefore I recommend obtaining a fresh/new version of the Complianz plugin (so that it doesn’t contain a corrupted file this time), and re-installing that on the website.
