Hi @josephmejia,
Greetings. Hope you’re doing good.
Really sorry to hear that. I have just checked your site URL, It seems that the template you have used in the first tab, you didn’t customize the template for mobile responsive mode. So I suggest, kindly try to make the template mobile responsive first and then check again.
Also, if you provide us with the saved template JSON file, so that we can check that also from our end.
Thank you!
Hello @josephmejia,
Hope you’re doing well today.
Regarding your query, can you please confirm if you made the “Saved Template” you are using inside the EA Advanced Tab, responsive or not. You have to make sure that your Saved Template is Mobile Responsive in order to display it the way you prefer. Please check out this screencast to know how to make Saved Templates responsive to different devices: https://d.pr/v/ncmKZr
In case, you have already made it responsive but the template is still displaying as before inside the EA Advanced Tab, then please let us know.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Thank you for your comments, but the template is also adapted for the mobile version. but when I place it inside the tab it is distorted.
I attach the template created in Elementor.

Hello @josephmejia,
Hope you’re doing well.
Thanks for sharing the JSON file with us. I imported the template on our end, and even though the template was made responsive for different devices, when added inside the tab the design looks broken. It is occurring because an extra Padding and Margin of the tab is getting added along with the template’s own Padding and Margin when you are using the template inside the tab.
Please make sure when editing the template, for every section, set the “Content Width” to “Full Width” as well as set the “Columns Gap” to “No Gap“. Check out the screencast here: https://d.pr/v/O2ttvM
Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
Hello, thank you for your comment and your help.
Problem solved.
your plugins were not the problem.
These steps I did to solve.
First: I made a backup of the site.
Second: Enter the Elementor dashboard > Tool: Regenerate CSS
Third: Update to the latest version of Elementor and Elementor Pro.
Problem solved.
Always remember to generate a backup before proceeding with the steps.
