Can you provide a link to your blog so we can see what’s happening?
The broken header image the only problem I see. It’s return a 403 (forbidden) error.
http://randommusicreviews.com/wp-content/themes/twentyten/images/headers/path.jpg
Make sure that permissions on the path.jpg file are set to 644 and twentyten, images, and headers directories are all set to 755.
Where can I find those files?
Access your server via FTP or SFTP and navigate to /wp-content/themes/.
I’m not finding that file or the “images” folder. I have a folder titled “img” but their isn’t a “path.jpg” anywhere in the theme folder.
Perhaps the permissions are set so restrictive that they’re hidden from you? Contact your hosting provider, they may have some insight.
I spoke to an associate at HostGator (who are ******* phenomenal) and he recognized that the issue had to do with the “htaccess” file. He told me to put a “#” in the beginning of line 6 and that fixed the problem. All of my themes are now displaying properly.
Thanks again for your help.
You’re welcome! I’m glad they were able to track down the problem.
