I found this:

It worked for me.
(don’t forget the ‘supports’ => array(‘title’, ‘editor’, ‘excerpt’, ‘thumbnail’, ‘comments’) when you register the post type – and don’t forget to turn on comments when you edit your post in admin)

Hi,
Looked around for an answer but didn’t find anything.
I have a custom post type and I’m simple trying to show my comments template on the single.php page. It shows on regular posts just fine…
what do I need to do to enable them?
