Vimeo Embed Doesn't Work

So…embedding with Vimeo doesn’t work. Can anyone help with this?

I’ve tried pasting the url, using the [embed] wrapper and viper’s quicktags plugin all to no avail.

any help would be appreciated, i blame vimeo for this because they changed their embed to use iframes. lame.
