Disable extra compatibilty logic?

Just unticked the “Disable extra compatibilty logic?” option, and since doing this, this option as now vanished from the dashboard.
Is there a way of getting this option back, so that we can tick it again?

Hi Frank,
Just to let you know that I activated your beta version, and disabled the extra compatibility option, and it resolved the issue that we were experiencing with our website.
Will this option be available in your next release?
