Changes not recognized in child theme

Hey everyone, I am creating a child theme framework with a bunch of templates and functions I commonly use, using the default twentyten theme as a template. It works fine on my test server, but when I copy it to a new one and activate it, the CSS works, but none of the templates or function files are recognized.

Not sure if this is a permissions thing or something, or if I’m doing something wrong, but it works fine on one site and doesn’t on another. Any help would be appreciated.
