Email address already registered

    I need my site to have a contact form (to take initial enquiries) and a registration form (to join the club)
    When completing the registration form, forminator returns the error “Email address already registered”
    How do I resolve this?

    PS. I don’t actually need any of the data stored online, just need it to arrive via email (though it might be handy)

    Ignore that. Found the check box to untick “Store submissions in database”

    Hi @arbeyukay,

    When completing the registration form, forminator returns the error “Email address already registered”

    The above error would mean there is a user with that same email already registered. The registration form requires a unique email name which is the expected workflow of WordPress.

    The default workflow of the Registration form is to create a user account by using the existing workflow of WordPress user registration.

    If your intention isn’t to create a user account via the Registration form then, you’ll have to create a new blank form or contact us form so that any data can be submitted via email.

    Doesn’t creating a Blank form or contact us form help in your use case? Please advise.
