May I ask you what you mean by new users? Those who have not yet made a purchase or those who have recently created an account, or maybe you mean something else?
That is, trigger recovery emails only in those cases in which a new customer did not complete the purchase.
For the rest of the users, these recovery mailings should not be triggered in my case.

Unfortunately, this cannot be done at present – however, in the PRO version (Advanced Filters) there is access to the Customer – Total Spent filter, which will allow you to target customers who have not yet bought anything in the shop.
