Do you have any other form on your site? If so, do you get notifications?
Commonly this issue is related to the email function not working properly, in such case we would suggest installing an email log plugin to track the emails that are being sent from your site from any other plugin and also Forminator.
As an alternative and as a good practice you can try using an SMTP plugin, this also might guarantee email deliverability.
For both options, a good choice would be WP Mail SMTP plugin.
Let us know what you find in the logs.

Thank you for your message. I had created 3 forms in forminator and form them, i get email notification from the 2 forms but did not get any notification from the 3rd form. Is this issue exists because of the another form plugin installed on the website?

Another form plugin might be a problem but not necessarily. However, I strongly suggest trying with SMTP plugin as Laura advised
