You can change the menu link in Appearance > Menus.
If you can’t find your menu, then you need to make a new menu. Then in the template change it to your menu.

Sorry, I don’t understand your question.
If you already done setting your menu on Appearance > Menu then change your nav menu to your menu that you set on Appearance > Menu Then it will go to the link/page that you set.
