do you have other bots or zapier connections that do roles manipulation?
Nothing should over ride the bot, it used to work perfect started acting like this when I changed the discord bot to a new one. No connection should manipulate it, whenever i check on the site ontdoende say discord is connected they only get send to the group but don’t get a role.
One user was having similar issue,they did flush roles settings, and again did re-map, it is working fine now.
Thanks for your response, tried flushing al roles and re-mapping them. Unfortunately this hasn’t resolved the issue and I’m still having troubles.
update: 3 weeks since I reached out to their support, still no solution whitest having hundreds of paying customers waiting. Still hoping for a solution, I’ll keep this post updated

Its been weeks, still no solution provided. cant just find another plug in when thousands of customers are registered. I’ll keep this post updated on this matter

We tried login to hosting for FTP details, but since it has 2FA and timezone difference, we need to sync.

I tried adding some debug info to check for tokens but my changes do not reflect on files, looks like strong cache is in place, which I dont see in admin to disable, so hosting need to disable it.
FYI: this is beyond free support, but I will still try to solve your issue.
