    Hi

We’ve been working with your plugin since 2021 and it was working perfect, a couple of months ago users started complaining that as soon as they try to check out, an error message displays saying “The card number is incomplete” even when they added all the data correctly. Some transactions have been successful however people are complaining more often now.

The only way we detect the transaction is gonna fail is border of payment fields disappears.

    Could you please help?

    Thanks

  • Hello @fridacreators

To better understand your site’s current environment, could you please share a copy of your site’s full System Status Report?

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file which has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

In the meantime, I suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello @fridacreators,

Thank you for sharing the status report and fatal error log.

The error log suggests that there’s an issue with a plugin named Juluzutom. The error is triggered by a join() function in the plugin’s code that is not used correctly.

As a first step, I recommend deactivating the Juluzutom plugin and checking if the issue with the Stripe Payment Gateway persists. If the issue is resolved, the Juluzutom plugin is likely causing a conflict.

If you’re unsure what the Juluzutom plugin does or if it’s necessary for your site’s functionality, I recommend contacting the plugin’s developers for further assistance.

If deactivating the plugin doesn’t resolve the issue, you may want to continue with the conflict test, as my colleague @aguinaldodarla suggested, by deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront. This can help isolate the issue further.

Additionally, please update your WordPress, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugins to the latest version, as you are using an outdated version. Also, downgrade your PHP Version from 8.2.11 to 8.2.1 or lower.

Please let us know how you get on or if you need any further assistance.
