show all category results by default

Hi there,

I’d like to ask you if it is possible to show all results of a specific category without having to check it from the filter. As you can see from the link, there are both a category and a tag filter, but there is only one option in the category dropdown and I’d like to show the posts in this category on the page by default without having to select it, since it’s the only category option available. And then the user can select from the tags if they want to view specific posts. Is this something that can be implemented?
