I have the plug in disabled for now with help from my hosting because I had no way to log in and didn’t receive email with recovery mode either.

My host confirmed this error log “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function php_uname() in /wp-content/plugins/forminator/library/mixpanel/class-mixpanel.php:151”

Also host confirmed that php_uname() function is disabled as default to protect my website.

I was not able to delete the forminator as well I received WP error as delete failed. So for now just keep the plug in deactivated.

I downloaded zip file with the older version of this plug in since it did for before you updated it but I do not know how to install the plug in from there.

Any help is appreciated or maybe fix the new update with another update please

    Hi @grafikastudio

I hope you are doing well today.

This is a know issue and it was reported already to our developers. Future update should contain a fix. As for now please install php_curl mod for yout PHP version and that should solve it.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Hi! I am having this exact issue as well. php_curl mod is already installed and enabled. According to grafikastudio’s post, It sounds like trying to delete to use an earlier version could also cause problems.

Is there an ETA for this fix? Have any other temporary fixes been discovered while waiting for the new release?

    Hi @wavewatcher

This issue will be fixed in next version 1.28 which we plan to release this month still. Please note taking into account our QA Team which test new releases there could be some day(s) delay if they will encounter some errors still.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Hello! I am checking back to see if this issues was fixed in 1.28? I am hesitate to update until confirming, as it causes issues that I don’t want to have to fix again. : )
