If you haven’t already, please switch to a theme like Twenty-Twenty Three during troubleshooting. Additionally, consider uninstalling the Jetpack Boost plugin and then reinstalling it, while keeping all other plugins deactivated.
We’re keen to hear about your findings after these steps.
Some troubles it was a plugin. It was as a maleware. 1 month with codes 5xx and plugin troubles.
After this I should update WordPress, because 6.1 it was old for you.
