I just installed Facebook for WooCommerce and the default store currency is CAD in WooCommerce and in the Multi-Currency Settings. The prices in WooCommerce are in CAD. Now Facebook for WooCommerce has pulled all values in Euros to Facebook but has kept the currency sign as C$. So every price is shown too cheap as Euro is stronger than CAD.

That being said, we do have an issue in WooCommerce as well. When we are logged into WP-Admin, the prices are shows in Euros on the front-end. That’s even though all the currency settings are set to CAD. Maybe that’s why Facebook for WooCommerce is confused. However we need both issues fixed.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello @timpsa,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The plugin should pull the price value in the product settings unless the multi-currency plugin is overriding this behaviour.

Could you please attach a few screenshots to help us get a better understanding of the problem?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

Also, kindly attach a copy of your site’s System Status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
